HAPPY FRIYAYYY!! I LOVE getting a quick workout in on fridays! It starts my weekend off on a positive note! 
I didn’t feel like going anywhere (to the garage or the gym) so i did a quick DB only arm workout in my office today! 
It was a burner!!🔥
DOUBLE TAP & save this workout for your next arm workout!
1️⃣4 sets of superset: 20 Alternating Bicep Curls, 12 Lateral Raise
2️⃣4 sets of superset: 12 Hammer Curls to Front Raise, 12 Tricep Kickbacks
3️⃣4 sets of superset: 12 Tricep Dips, 10 Incline Push Ups
4️⃣4 sets of superset: 12 Isolation bicep curls (each side), 10 Arnold Presses

I don’t do abs very often to be honest.. right now I’m doing them 1 maybee 2 times per week! It really is true that a flat stomach is made in the kitchen.. so make sure you’re eating right for your goals!

Getting back into a leg routine with my back finally healing from my flare up - checkout my last few posts for a lot of “back pain” supported exercises. 💪🏽💗
I am still taking extra precaution with my workouts and staying away from heavy barbell movements.
MY SPLIT: I’ve been hitting legs 2x per week with my @dbftllc #6weeks2slay challenge - splitting them up into glute/hammy focus with another total leg day focus 👇🏽
WORKOUT ✅ resting 60-70s max between sets

* I’m called a “baby” for being in a weird mental state and being open about that
PSA, we 👏🏽 NEVER 👏🏽 know what anyone is going through. 
Sadness, pain, frustration, depression, happiness.. ALL EMOTIONS, are relative to each person and we are ALL allowed to feel what we feel.
My promise to you guys is that I’d never act like I’m something I’m not, show that I live a certain way when I don’t, or act like I feel a certain way when I’m struggling.
I know someone woke up a few days ago and compared their life to mine - we all do it in some way to someone, each day.
The last thing I’m going to do is completely hide how I’m feeling - or what’s going on to portray this perfect person on the internet.
It’s not always roses and sunshine. We’re all human.
We’re all battling SOMETHING, and it’s all relative to our circumstances. Lets stop the benchmark of reaching a certain level of “depression/sadness/hurt” in order to voice it - feel what you need to, ask for help, and get better however you need to.
